Reading:  I'm finallllly getting around to finishing off the Sookie Stackhouse books, which I started reading way back in 2009. I got hooked on them instantly and even though I'm not usually into that sort of supernatural fantasy fiction, I couldn't stop reading them. Well, that was until I got swamped by my homework and distracted with the tv series adaptation and after season two of that my interest completely fizzled out for poor old Sookies woes. Until a couple of weeks ago when I was unpacking a couple of boxes I found 'Dead & Gone' and got stuck into it and finished it in a week or so. These books are super easy to read and so ridiculous that you need to keep on reading, plus I really look forward to the parts with Eric in them. I have just two more to go.

Watching: Luke & I just finished watching 'Breaking Bad', and holy smokes! After years of being told to watch this series I finally let my guard down about it and gave it a go. My bff sent me a copy of season one in the mail and Luke & I were instantly drawn into Walter White's wrong turn. We had a little break before watching the final 8 episodes, and halfway through them I just wanted it to be done because it was making me feel stressed out for the characters. I hated feeling like Hank was the bad guy and not wanting Walter to get caught, when if this was a situation in real life most people would be disgusted with Walter's actions. So the last episode was quite a satisfying end to Walter White's tumultuous journey.

Listening to: Justin Timberlake's The 20/20 Experience. Every morning when Romy has her breakfast, and when she is being fussy at meal times. She loves it! She really seems to like Jay Z's rap in 'Suit & Tie', (I kid you not) she gets her little fingers in a pointing gesture and bounces up excitedly when it comes on. We're going to have to find something else for her to get hooked on because I'm starting to hear these songs even when they aren't playing.

Loving: The colder weather that has just started to kick in here & while I'm sure I'll complain about it if it gets really cold, for now I'm loving it. I put flannelette sheets on our bed a couple of nights ago and it was simply magical getting to sleep on them for the first night of winter.

Working on: A project with my buddy Ally. It's in the early stages at the moment but it's really exciting.

Eating: Scones with jam. Last weekend Luke's Mum & Grandmother came to visit Romy so for afternoon tea we made a batch of scones up, and a few days later when my parents visited they came with a basket of scones in toe. So we've been making the most of this scone run with cups of tea and it certainly has been the weather for it here.

Looking forward to: Season 5 of Pretty Little Liars, I mean, aren't you?

Reading:  I just finished 'Nancy Drew: The Secret Of The Old Clock', the first edition in the Nancy Drew series. I love this kind of mystery that is easy to digest and reads like an episode of a tv series. It has been quite some time since I really got into reading because I am either so tired I can barely stay awake, or the second I get settled and lost in the storyline Romy calls out. I read Nancy Drew on my Kindle and found it much easier to read than printed word because I'm not constantly focusing on how many pages I've read, or have to go. And I can chuck my Kindle in my bag and read a couple of pages on the go without the hassle of an actual book. Don't get me wrong, I love books and would prefer to read them, but the Kindle is just far more convenient - I don't even have to leave my bed to buy a book!

Watching: 'Boardwalk Empire'. Oh my goodness! I've had the first season on my computer for quite some time and only last week did Luke & I give it a go, and I'm so glad we did. It was odd at first to see Steve Buscemi in a tv series, but I can't imagine anyone else playing his role. So much happens in a short space of time in this show, I think I'm going to have to re-watch all the episodes I've seen just so it can sink in a little more because I do have the tendency to fall asleep whenever we watch a movie or a box set, and I always miss important bits & Luke can't quite convey just how dramatic a scene can when he recounts the episode.

Listening to: A lot of No Doubt. Luke & I were talking recently about what bands we've always liked and No Doubt is definitely one of mine. When 'Sunday Morning' & 'Don't Speak' hit the charts I'm pretty sure I was in second grade, and I LOVED them! Over a decade later and I still can't get sick of them.

Thinking about: So many things! Future blog posts, moving, packing, de-cluttering, baby birthday parties, what book should I read next, illustrations, Newcastle, home projects etc etc

Working on: This month I cleared my illustration list and I now have a clean slate to start on some new fun things. On top of my new list was Romy's birthday party invitations, I had a lot of fun playing around with different ideas for them. They don't really look like invitations for a one year olds birthday party, but she isn't quite old enough to boss me around with those kinds of things yet! And I'm also working on a little zine style comic for my friend Elle.

Loving: Salted caramel Tim Tams. I think these are limited edition which is a shame because they are so tasty! Luke & I have not been buying sweet treats for a few weeks but we made an exception for these when we saw them at the shops. They're especially tasty with a coffee.

Planning: Our move to Newcastle, which is happening very soon! I even made a dorky moving schedule as there are lots of things to coordinate so everything runs smoothly. Luke & I have moved once a year for the past 6 years, but this move is going to be a little more difficult with a baby to factor in. But I am actually excited about the packing process, it will give me a really good chance to de-clutter so we aren't taking anything we don't need to clutter up our new place.

Reading:  New issues of Frankie, Feast & Renegade Collective.

Watching: Luke & I have really been getting into Parks & Recreation lately, there is something really quotable every episode. Mostly from Ron Swanson. Also, Andy has really grown on me in the later seasons, its going to be a crying shame when I run out of episodes. I mean, especially consider there aren't any new Mindy episodes. And Pretty Little Liars is only once a week, but I do spend the other six days of the week thinking about what Ezra has to do with Ali, its driving me insane!

Listening to: Nothing new of late as I have made next to no time for looking into new bands. On rotation at the moment is Odd Future, Lykke Li, The National, Miley Cyrus & Fiest.

Thinking about: How nice it would be to find an awesome rental within the next four weeks. Our current lease finishes at the end of March, but we've been given the green light to move out whenever we like because our real estate knows how crazy our neighbours are. We've looked at a couple of places, but now that we have Romy to factor into our decision making it really narrows down our choices. So there will be lots of positive thinking and awesome rental envisioning happening around here this next month!

Working on: A pizza menu for my friends new pizza shop he opened up just before Christmas. I whipped up the first menu last year and am now working on a new, refined version of the menu. I will be super glad to cross this off my to-do list so I can start working on some things for myself.

Loving: Salads for lunch. I usually eat my lunch when Romy retires for her afternoon nap, and some days I really couldn't be bothered if we've had a rough morning with teeth grief. So anything that takes longer than two minutes I usually don't bother with. But I wanted to work on becoming more interested in making my meals so when meal times come around I don't spend any time thinking about how its going to take forever so I won't bother, and just get stuck into making it. I've just been making simple salads with roasted vegetables on the side and its been well worth the extra effort! Pushing myself to become a little more motivated is also something I am loving this month!

Planning: On stocking up on lots of pretty coloured wool to make a shit load of pom poms for a DIY project I came across on Pinterest last week. Its been a while since I threw myself into a hands on creative project and if I can get everything done off of my current to-do list this DIY will be an even greater guilt free reward to myself!

Reading:  I haven't started any new books this year unfortunately, which I will have to get onto asap.

Watching: So many things, maybe too many things considering I planned on watching less & reading more this year. Now that Pretty Little Liars has returned I've been streaming that every Thursday, I wish I had the self control to just let the episodes build up so I can watch a couple at a time but *spoiler* now that Ali has give the liars some face time, shit is getting real. Luke & I struck a deal, if I watch Game Of Thrones he'll watch Pretty Little Liars with me so I started watching GOT, and it isn't as bad as I thought it was when I originally started to watch it last year. I have a short attention span so I do need Luke to talk me through all the characters and their back stories (and he loves it!). I also watch an episode of old school Beverly Hills: 90210 every day when I'm feeding & settling Romy in the evening, and I am currently up to season 6.

Listening to: 'Trouble Will Find Me'  The National. I bought this when it was released last year but it didn't really appeal to me at first. When I was tidying up our cd book shelf I made a stack of cds to listen to during the week, which is something I used to do when I was younger. And Trouble Will Find Me was on the top of the stack and I've been listening to it for a week straight in the car, and I am most definitely loving it this time around, particularly I Should Live In Salt, Pink Rabbits & Graceless. Also on my stack was Brian Wilson 'I just wasn't made for these times', Marilyn Manson 'Mechanical Animals', Belle & Sebastian 'Write About Love', Sparklehorse (not my favourite artist, but definitely my favourite name for an artist) 'Dreamt for light years in the belly of a mountain', Beastie Boys 'Solid Gold Hits, Tom Waits 'Bad as me', British India 'Thieves', and Isobel Campbell & Mark Lanegan 'Ballad of the broken seas'.

Thinking about: What the New Year will bring. Luke & I don't have any major plans for the year other than moving house in March, so at this point whatever happens will be a total surprise! Last week I started to keep a gratitude journal to drown out some of the negative thoughts and negative energy from my neighbours, and it has been a great daily exercise that has definitely made me feel happier. So my thoughts this last week have been a lot more positive and pleasant!

Working on: This week Luke & I gave our tv cabinet a make over, we started the project on Monday morning & finished it Tuesday evening as we were only able to get it done during Romy's nap time. The makeover will be complete when the new drawer handles arrive hopefully next week. I've also been working on a gift illustration for my Granny, which I cannot wait to send to her and share on here.

Loving: Jacob's Creek 'Cool Harvest' sauvignon blanc. I wouldn't normally opt for a JC wine, but this one in particular has been advertised a lot during the Australian Open, which I am also LOVING, so I thought I would see what all the fuss was about. I am no wine connoisseur, but I do love how crisp and light it is on the palate.

Anticipating: Australia Day, or what we like to call it in my family, 'Shazza's Day' as it is my Aunty Sharon's birthday on Australia Day. This year she is having a big family sleepover at her holiday cottage which is conveniently only a 25 minute drive from my house. So it will be a pretty eventful day celebrating Romy's first Australia Day, Shazza's Day, catching up with various members of my family that will be visiting for the occasion, and one of my cousins who has been travelling abroad for a few years will be back also.

Reading:  To be completely honest I haven't been reading a lot of anything the last couple of weeks. I'm finishing up the last part of 'The Happiness Project' by Getchen Rubin and not really wanting it to end I've enjoyed it so much.

Watching: Re-watching season 1 of The Mindy Project. I love Danny Costellano so much, and I really can't wait to see when Mindy see's it too! I'm also loving Morgan's character a lot more the third time around, he initially was my least favourite, but I totally love his over the top in a controlled kind of crazy. I've also been re-watching Modern Family and It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia, picking episodes at random to watch while I'm having cups of tea during nap time.

Listening to: late 90's & early 00's RnB. I got stuck on youtube one night watching a Beyonce clip and the youtube rabbit hole got me with their recommendations. And that was that! A song that Luke & I reference quite a lot and sing randomly is 'Return of The Mack', so that has been on high rotation and now I can't get it out of my head!

Thinking about: All the fun Romy & I are going to be having while we're back home for a couple of days over Christmas. We'll be going to a family dinner out at my Aunty & Uncles awesome country house, making Christmas treats with my Granny, catching up with some old friends, and spending lots of time with my family. Romy loves being around people, so she is going to love it!

Working on: my new blog design and a menu. I wanted to make a couple of changes to my blog overall in the New Year and the design was the first thing I started making changes to. I can't wait to see it up and running! Also, this week a friend opened up a pizza cafe with his partner and I designed their table menu the night before they needed to be printed. It was a very last minute job, and will be doing some more work on it in a few weeks.

Loving: Kikki.K stationery. With my store birthday voucher I bought a '3 am Notebook' which has super cute designs and inspirational quotes on every page. I almost don't want to write in it because the pages are so pretty. I've also been eyeing off some of their stamps sets and will be snapping them up next time I'm at the shops.

Anticipating: Romy's first Christmas! Luke unfortunately won't be coming back to Gunnedah with us as he has to work Christmas day, so when we get home late afternoon on Boxing Day we will be having our Christmas together then and opening our presents from each other so Luke still gets to have some sort of Christmas with Romy. And I'm definitely up for prolonging the gift giving so there is something extra exciting about getting home.

Reading:  'The Happiness Project' by Getchen Rubin. I've been thoroughly enjoying this read in the few quiet moments I've had the past couple of weeks. But I am very determined to read this number as some inspiration for my game plan next year!

Watching: The Sopranos. Luke & I have decided to pick up where we left off a few years back with it at season three. I'm really annoyed with myself for putting it off for so long because when I watch it I really enjoy it. Tony Soprano is the weirdest sweet heart. The Bachelor Australia finished up tonight, which I had really got into over the last month or so. At first I was so disgusted with the concept of so many different women competing for the same guy. I didn't find the contestants bitchy comments funny initially, as it took me a few episodes to lighten up over it and just enjoy it for what it was. I really felt sad for Rochelle that she didn't leave with Tim, she seems like a really lovely lady.

Listening to: 'Bangerz', I can't get past it. It is so damn catchy. Luke is getting quite sick of hearing it though.

Thinking about: Next year and the fact that is going to start happing in just weeks now. Luke & I have some big plans coming up for early-mid next year and how everything is going to be different so soon. I am also really excited for one of my close friends who recently got engaged and am excited to be celebrating such a special occasion in her life. Also my cousin is pregnant with bb 2 so that is going to be super duper exciting, and my friend shared with me today that she is planning baby 2 very soon. So many positive things are happening!

Working on: a vector illustration for a friends logo and I am having a blast with it!

Loving: printed photos. I have been putting off printing photos for a while now because it is always such a drawn out process, and Romy gets restless by the time we're finished and she wants to look around. So I always rush, and I would much rather rush on my accord. So on Wednesday we got ready to leave the house for the morning when we dropped Luke off to work and we went straight to the shops to print specific photos that I had preemptively put on a USB stick to make it easier. It took less than five minutes & I was able to cross 'print photos' & 'send photos to family members' off of my to-do list. It's also nice to have some fresh photos to change things up on the fridge and the frames around the house.

Anticipating: Christmas! It is so soon! Romy loved being around her extended family over the weekend when we went to the Gold Coast, so I am excited that she will be surrounded by lots of lovely people again so soon.

Reading: I'm still re-reading 'Valley Of The Dolls', which I am slowly making a dint in. My focus has been on a logo design and illustrations this month. I am one of those people that cannot start a new book without finishing the book I currently have a book mark in. And I am really keen to read 'The Happiness Project' next, so I need to get a wriggle on with VOTD.

Watching: I wrote a post earlier in the week about my top 5 tv shows I'm currently watching.

Listening to: Miley's new record, 'bangerz'. I didn't really have the highest of hopes for this one, but I was pleasantly surprised by how fun the songs are. I don't really buy into all of the hype surrounding her at the moment, or feel as though she is being that outrageous with her new look. I just like her cheesy, catchy songs & I am always interested in a Britney collaboration.

Thinking about: Christmas. It really isn't that far away, and that blows my mind. Last Christmas Romy was in my belly and we were patiently waiting to find out whether we were having a boy or a girl the following day. And I remember thinking about what things would be like once Romy arrived, and just how different things actually are in the best possible way. I am really excited for Romy's first Christmas, it is just a shame that Luke has to work on Christmas day. What kind of person makes you work on Christmas you ask? A jerk, thats who!

Working on: a couple of illustrative presents for some of my favourite people. While I was waiting on a email last week I started to draw a friends baby as a surprise present in the mail to go along with a couple of handmade head ties and got into a creative flow and wrote a list of illustrations I wanted to get done by Christmas. I have drawn a couple of commissioned illustrations this year, but haven't sat down with my own ideas for a while. So this wave of inspiration and motivation has come at the right time!

Loving: Goodnight Little Spoon's mum style. Bianca is such a lovely lady, our paths crossed a few times a couple of years ago through a mutual friend when we both lived in Newcastle. I was so delighted to come across her blog when I first started blogging, and it is especially nice to read about her adventures with her super cute little family. She is definitely on my hot mum watch list!

Anticipating: my sister getting home from her work trip to New Zealand this weekend. Some funny things have happened while she has been away and I can't wait to tell her about a conversation I had with our grandmother this week in particular!

Reading: Frankie magazine back issues. I have about five years worth of issues that I've been working my way through again. Which is slowly turning into a good mistake as I've now added a bunch of new things to my to-do-list. Flicking through the issues from the time I was studying design has reminded me of that period I lived in Newcastle and has given me a burst of illustrative inspiration.

Watching: Pretty Little Liars. Last week I bought the season three box set and re-watched it. The first time I watched season three was during my c-sec recovery weeks, so I was quite distracted. After watching it for a second time, I found that I missed out on a lot of little details. Straight after I finished the dvds, I watched the first fourteen episodes of the fourth season online and oh my good gosh!

Listening to: Empire Of The Sun's second album "Ice On The Dune". I wasn't sure their follow up album would be as good as their first, but it is definitely on par. I find Luke Steel to be incredibly creative and intriguing and am always excited by his work. I really hope all the talk of a collaboration with Daniel Johns will come to fruition.

Thinking about: whether we will re-new our lease when it runs outs early next year. Our neighbours are a bunch of nosey parkers, and it is getting a little too full on. Like spying on us kind of full on. I'll tell you all about it one of these days.

Working on: a chilli paste jar label. My fancy friend asked me to play around and see what I could come up with for her Dad's chilli paste label to replace the old design. I'm not sure if any of the designs I've come up with will be the finished one, but it sure has been fun playing around with fonts and drawing again.

Loving: this London based illustrator. I've casually followed her flickr and blog for a while now, check her out she's pretty cute. She also makes some pretty neat wardrobe choices.

Anticipating: tomorrow evening. Luke & I are going out to see our friends band play. It is the first time we've gone out to see live music together in a year, and will be the second night we've had away from Romy. The few times we've been away from Romy either my mum or sister have watched her, but tomorrow one of our friends will be watching her. It's a funny thing to think about, us having to rush home to relieve the babysitter of her duties!

Reading: "The Beautiful & Damned" by F.Scott Fitzgerald. I haven't read enough yet to say whether I love it or not. It has been on my to-read list for some time and is the first book I've read on my Kindle. I received my Kindle last year for my birthday and only just set it up this week! I've just kept putting off setting it up because I haven't really had the time in the past ten or so months to set time aside for reading. But I would like to try and read a couple of books before the end of the year and I think the Kindle is going to make it more exciting!

Watching: Luke & I have just finished up watching"It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia". We have been watching the box sets for the past month and a half and we're pretty devastated we're finished. However much to our delight we caught one of the new episodes on tv last night. I've also been pretty sweet on "Sabrina, The Teenage Witch" lately and make a point to watch it every night that it is on tv. I'm beginning to think investing in the box set might be a good idea.

Listening to: Veruca Salt's first two albums - "Eight Arms To Hold You" & "American Thighs". I fell in love with Veruca Salt in early high school and have always loved them (I was super forgiving for their last album "IV"). One of my best friends is a pretty big VS fan and I remember reading the VS forum in high school and noticed his  comments. And 5 years after that we actually met up in Newcastle and became really good friends and bonded over 90's girl grunge and wine.

Thinking about: baby stuff. And more baby stuff. I feel as though I didn't have enough time to prepare for this teething phase, which ultimately means she'll be needing to use them soon. And starting her on solids is a whole other sphere of anxiety! I am looking forward to going to the solids eating Mothers group in a few months to hear what other mothers are doing.

Working on: my blog. While I was pregnant I really didn't have the focus to put a lot of myself into my blog and was busy working. Now that I'm home a lot more and Romy has started to get serious about her night sleeps, I have some time to myself to catch up things around the house, watch movies, lose track of time on pinterest and blog. I implemented blog planning the past two months and have felt differently about this whole blogging hobby. I enjoy it a lot more and have been way more inspired to be creative in other avenues aside from blogging.

Loving: These Collet Jersey Dresses from Cotton On. When I find a dress I love the style of, I generally buy it in a few colours. For this dress in particular I bought it in blue, white with thin stripes, black, and black & white stripes. I really need to learn how to sew so I could solve a lot of my own problems!

Anticipating: the next bright and sunny day off with Luke so we can take Romy for a picnic by the lake. Romy really loves being out in the fresh air and loves to stare at the trees and take everything in. And now that the weather is starting to take a definite turn here on the coast, the days are becoming quite warm and it is pleasant to be outside. Which means Summer really is not far away!

Reading: My Sister & I have a mutual love for Mindy Kaling and she lent me her book,"Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me? (And Other Concerns)". And it is hilarious! I have just a little bit left of this read, but really love what I have read so far. She is a nutty little fancy pants.

Watching: "It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia" for the first time. Oh man, I don't even know what is happening in that show half the time it is so all over the place in the best kind of way. It is similar in tone to How I Met Your Mother, only with a darker sarcastic approach. Charlie Day is also really kind of cute.

Listening to: Empire Of The Sun's second album, Ice On The Dune. Luke Steel is quite possibly one of my favourite artists  of all time. The first time I ever saw him was when The Sleepy Jackson were supporting Silverchair years ago on their Across The Night tour. Before I saw them, I had heard 'Pack Of Nails' on the radio and I remember thinking how different and kooky he was. And ever since then each of his performances and projects have been crazier than the last. I'm enjoying Ice On The Dune a little more than Walking On A Dream at this point.

Thinking about: how there are getting fewer months towards the end of the year, and how the remaining ones are going to be quite busy. Romy has already grown so much in the past few weeks that I can only imagine how much more she is going to grow and progress. And how much more of my time I will be able to spend enjoying her sweet company.

Working on: starting my own Etsy store. This has been one of the major things I've really been wanting to do on my to-do-list the past couple of years and I finally feel ready to do it! I have been giving it a lot of thought lately and really committed to making that happen. I've got so many exciting ideas, and I can't wait to share more about this new project!

Loving: My new coffee machine! It was on my July wish list, and a couple of days ago Luke & I bought it! I no longer have to factor in leaving the house each morning to get a latte, I can now make it for myself in my pyjamas.

Anticipating: the safe arrival of my friend Ali's baby boy! I am really excited that Ali & I have gone from being friends in our late teens, to friends as mothers in our mid twenties. Now that I know just how wonderful it is to be a Mum, I get really excited for other parents-to-be and the wonderful journey they are about to start.

25 Weeks
Reading: I've put a hold on reading the past couple of months purely because I don't really have enough time for it. A couple of weeks ago I started reading the first instalment from the Pretty Little Liars novels. I absolutely love the tv series, I'm just not sure how much I like the book yet. And I've had a copy of 'HypnoBirthing: The Mongan Method' sitting on my coffee table ever since my cousin Kate sent it to me in a package a couple of weeks ago. I'm about four chapters into the book and it has been both very informative and interesting. I've been avoiding reading anything birth related so I won't freak myself out, but reading about Hypnobirthing hasn't freaked me out in the slightest!

Watching: Every Sunday night Luke & I make dinner together & watch one of the James Bond movies. We got the box set for Christmas and have been setting aside one night of the week for it.  Tv series-wise I spent the first week of the new year hooked on season two of Pretty Little Liars, and haven't followed it up with anything as yet. My sister is insisting I watch Parks & Recreation, and has put it on a hard drive for me. But I think I'm going to hold off on box set indulging until after I have the baby.

Anticipating: A day off that I can spend doing absolutely nothing, and not feel guilty about it. My last couple of days off have been spent running errands, design work, or baby shopping with Luke. Once I have a couple of things out of the way and finished with I will be able to live out this fantasy of sleeping in and watching cheesy dvds in bed. I'm also looking forward to having a baby shower. I wasn't going to have one, but my sister has convinced me to have one and is organising it because she is such a sweet heart!

Listening To: On our recent trip to the shops Luke bought The Bamboo's "4" & Hot Chip "In Our Heads", so they've been on constant rotation at our house. I also replaced my copy of The Knife's "Silent Shout", and rediscovered just how fantastic The Knife are. My copies of Gwen Stefani's solo albums have been getting some serious play time too.

Working On: The past couple of weeks I've been working on my cousin's wedding invitations. She is going to have the most amazing wedding in Bali this May. Unfortunately Luke & I won't be able to go because I'm due to have our little baby that very same week! The invitations have been designed like passports and boarding passes for a 'travel' theme. I'm just finishing them up over the next few days and  when I do I'll be sure to share them! I'm also helping my friend make her marketing resume look snappy, and after that will be making some invitations for a surprise 40th birthday party. So I'm definitely keeping busy along with working six days a week!

Wishing: That the rest of my pregnancy is as easy as the first six months have been. I've been so lucky not to have had any morning sickness, weird food cravings or smell aversions. There has only been one downside to being pregnant and in comparison to nine months of morning sickness like some unlucky ladies, it is only a small bother. My left knee/upper thigh area has a constant tingly, numb feeling. To touch it feels like stepping on your feet with a rush of pins and needles. Some days it hurts more than others, but after three months of it I'm starting to get used to it and I only have three more months of it!

Yellow Bow Ring C/O The Sapphire Bee /  Morgan+Finch Tea Cup

Reading: I'm currently reading The Second Wife which is a super easy in-between-loads-of-washing type read. I started a new feature earlier this month, and part of my monthly agenda was to finish this book. I'm just halfway, and seeing how this month is just about over I need to get reading! I've also started reading some new blogs Delightfully Tacky, Seafoam Dream & Him+Her.

Watching: I am currently up to disc three of the first season of Pretty Little Liars. I finally caved and bought the damn thing on Monday after I spent the first part of my day off feeling all girl germy and sick. The first episode was pretty bad, the acting was bad, the lines were bad and story line seemed impossible to translate given the poor quality of the shows beginning. But after the first couple of episodes it started to get really interesting, or I just started to get suck in. Either way, I'm quite enjoying it so far!

Anticipating: Our trip to Sydney next week! Because Luke & I couldn't do anything special for our anniversary this year because we both were working, we decided to go to Sydney for a couple of days and go see Jack White & Band Of Skulls. I'm so excited to have city hangs, and to actually sit down and enjoy a meal + coffee with my husband. I'm also really excited to see Jack White!

Listening To: Metric's album 'Fantasies'. Its on the iPod at work and gets played a lot. I really liked the single 'Help, I'm Alive', but after listening to rest of the album, I like it the lest. When I was going through my old macbook iTunes, I realised I had this album and hadn't really listened to it before. I love when that happens!

Working On: I'm working on a couple of really exciting things currently. I'm just about to finish up on a custom illustration, I'm doing a commissioned illustration for a blog header and logo for a free lance photographer who takes photos that look like dreams. I can't wait to share them all with you once they're finished!

Wishing: That the next couple of weeks would hurry up and be over with! There are a couple of really neat things coming up in the next few weeks that I'm really excited about but can't share them just yet!
