Towards the end of last month Luke & I really started to get into It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia. I had season 1 & 2 on my computer, and recently bought the 4th, 5th & 6th seasons box sets. So I just need season 3 to complete the set. I've previously ignored this series because the title was too long, so I thought it would be one of those types of shows. And because I really prefer things without Danny Devito. But I'm so glad I changed my mind. Another thing I normally avoid is pot pies, mostly just because their name sounds off putting. But this recipe has curried vegetables, and I do like curried vegetables! Luke & I restocked our pantry after a massive clean out, so we now have lots of exciting herbs and spices and fun things to make meals with. So hopefully this will encourage me to cook more exciting things this month. I'm also going to make an effort to read more, and not just one book every month because I have so many interesting books on my to-read-list (like The Beautiful And Damned).
And now that I'm getting used to being in the stay-at-home club, I've worked out a routine that allows me to still do things like blogging and drawing and have a tidy house and happy baby. So I'm hoping to get a lot of work done this month on my new project to open my Etsy store selling some of my designs. I'm feeling really motivated and inspired, so I'm ready for the busy month ahead!
Ohh! I'm definitely pinning that curried pot pie recipe.. I love curried anything! :D
